Rail Freight Development proposed for Ardley
Oxfordshire Railfreight Interchange Limited has applied for approval to build a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange on land south of the Chiltern Railway line, and west of the B430, east of Upper Heyford Former Airfield, and south of the village of Ardley in Cherwell District, Oxfordshire.
The proposed site is located west of the M40, with Junction 10 of the M40 located nearby to the north-east. The Proposed Development is located on land entirely within the administrative boundaries of Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council.
