Puddingface the Pie Place is moving
After 18 years, the restaurateurs at the well-loved Cherwell Valley food institution, Puddingface the Pie Place, have decided to move. The Crown and Tuns in Deddington, which had hosted the popular pie purveyors, will return to being a good old-fashioned ale house serving Hook Norton's finest.
The good news for Cherwell Valley pie fans is that Puddingface the Pie Place will return this Autumn, just down the road at The Marlstone Tavern, Milton Village, which will be four times the size. The Tavern (formerly The Black Boy Inn) has been newly refurbished and has a traditional large cosy drinking area with a bespoke bar, brand new kitchen and a car park.
The Puddingface team posted on their Facebook page that they are looking forward to welcoming guests from Mid-September.
