Changes to food and garden waste collection

Cherwell District Council has announced changes to food and waste collection. Currently, garden waste collection (in brown bins) are collected from every home at no charge, however, from January, this service will be charged at £36 per year if you sign up before 1 February 2022.

In addition, all households will be receiving food waste caddies, which will be emptied every week (at no charge). These are expected to be delivered between September and December.
